Pool Manager

JOB DETAILS: Responsibilities include but are not limited to enforcing policies and procedures, which ensure efficient and effective operation of pool facilities including personnel management and training. Duties involve all swimming pool operations, including first aid, rotations, scheduling for staff, public relations, janitorial duties, limited pool maintenance including daily chemical analysis/testing, pool cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms & concession stand area, swim lessons, water aerobics and all other duties as necessary or required. This employee should have excellent organizational, communication, and public relation skills. This is a working supervisory position requiring weekend and holiday work. SALARY Commensurate with experience


Required Certifications:

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (or equivalent provider), Lifeguarding/First Aid (or equivalent provider), Bloodborne Pathogen Training

Pool Bookkeeper

JOB DETAILS: Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts. Pay debts as they come due for payment, including necessary bills as well as supplier and vendor invoices. Obtain necessary tax forms from new vendors. Be familiar with QuickBooks software and how to use. Maintain the annual budget and chart of accounts. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Issue financial statements. Make deposits and record all cash receipts. Coordinate with accountant to process company payroll. Distribute customer invoices and ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner. Manage the office petty cash fund. Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system. Provide administrative support to management when required. SALARY Commensurate with experience.
